The high  council of universities determines in end of every year according to the  suggestion of  the universities councils after taking the opinion of  councils of the different faculties the number of  the students from  sons 'of  Arab Republic of  Egypt nationals  who accept  in every faculty  or institute  in the next year  who got the General secondary testimony  or on the equivalent  testimony  these are  Nominating by the of office of the coordination "uniformity or affiliation wave" all according to his score and desire , with consideration  to  the conditions qualified for acceptance for each faculty  ,the higher  council of universities determines the number of the students who not  sons'  of Arab Egypt republic and the  decision of their admission is came from minister of the high education , and their transformation  and  their shackle is decision from him. in All  situations shouldn't   increases  the number of the acceptable or the converters in all faculties  on 10% from number of the students the acceptable from the  sons' of Arab Egypt republic  and acceptance is these regular students or affiliated students in the affiliation faculties all according to his score.

  Conditions of the student admission to get the scientific degree

1- having General secondary testimony  or  the equivalent  testimony and the acceptance is by the sequence of the success degrees with consideration of the geographical  distribution according  to what  decides by   the higher council  of universities after taking the opinion of councils of universities and faculties .

Accepts also  in  faculty of  the  commerce who got the commercial secondary and in college of agriculture  the who got  agricultural secondary testimony and  in  the  faculty of  engineering  who got industrial  secondary testimony and the high institutes  of nursing who got   general nursing testimony  that puts her the higher council  of  universities

2 - Proved by the medical detection his safety from the sicknesses infectious His  competence for completing  his study that he applied to , according to  the rules that  puts her the  higher council  of universities and the councils of  faculties.

3 - The unregulated student presents   testimony secures that he  had authorization in the uniformity in study form  from the side that he works in it if  he laborer in the government  or in other place. 

  Students whom accepts directly by the university

 The French and German Department

According to  the agreement of the higher council  of universities,  acceptance of number (35) student  in  the vow  of the  German language in college  of the education in Ain Shams University  who got the General secondary testimony from the German schools  or the General secondary testimony but got testimony preliminary from the German schools, and that with one condition  ,the total degrees about 50% and getting 65% at least from the total degrees for the languages ,and their acceptance will be  by the university directly. also the  acceptance of  (60)  student, in the  branch of French language  in the college of education in  the university  whom got the General secondary testimony from the French schools, and acceptance  (50) student in branch of the  French language in the girls faculty  in the university  whom got the General secondary testimony from the French schools and in one condition getting 65% at least  than the total degrees of the languages degrees ,and their acceptance will be  by the university directly .

    Acceptance of the handicapped students  

The acceptance of Handicapped students in the faculties of  (the literatures - the truths - the commerce) according to the  decision of the higher council  of universities every year on one condition  getting the General secondary testimony  in this year with total grade of 50%  at least  ,applying the condition of  geographical distribution. According to the decision of the higher council of universities at this matter, and their acceptance orphan after signature of the detection  on them from the higher medical committee   in the university  by presidency of  Prof.Dr/chief of the university  or his delegates .

  Acceptance of the blind students in faculty of the literatures

Their Acceptance according to the  decision of the higher council  of universities every year, in one condition  getting the General secondary testimony  in this year with total degrees 50%  at least, and  living  near to the university  ,and their acceptance orphan  after signature of the detection  on them from the higher medical committee   in the university  by presidency of  Prof.Dr/chief of the university  or his delegates.

 Affiliation of high qualified

The acceptance is possible   for whom got degree of BSC or Licentiate or it's equivalent with any other departments or branch, at the same faculty or institute ,according to conditions that is in the interior list for the faculty and the institutes.
