Abstract:
A new technique for constructing the proper spline is given. The matrix of covariation of normal places taken at two neighbouring Chebyshev polynomials are found. The method is applied for satellite observations taken from Satellite Laser ranging Station at Helwan. The data used are laser ranging data of artificial earths satellite Topex.
