1 - Papers submitted
for possible publication must be presented in English in one original typescript
and two identical copies with a maximum of 20 pages.
2 - Text Should be
typed 1.5 spaces within a typing space of 260X170mm with 20mm margins on the top
and left sides.
3 - Typescript
should be produced by a high quality typewriter, a high quality printer or a
laser printer. Text should be produced in normal font on high quality white
paper.
4 - The paper title
should be in CAPITAL letters, printed BOLD with size and centered in the upper
section of the first page.
5 - Author (s) names
should be printed Bold in normal size and font.
6 - Author (s)
affiliations follow in normal printing.
7 - All Sections
headings should be left justified, printed BOLD in normal font with first word
starting with a capital letter and subsequent words in small letters Section
numbers precede headings in Arabic numerals except for the abstract and
references sections.
8 - Following the
author (s) affiliations. An abstract in English is required and should not
exceed 200 words. An Arabic abstract is also required on a separate page.
9 - A few keywords
pertaining to the paper topic should follow the abstract on a single line.
10 - Sections start
with introduction follow by Subsequent sections. Text under a section is
printed in normal font with Character indenting at paragraph beginning.
11 - Page numbers
are to be provide OUTSIDE The text Space.
12 - Equations
within text are to be numbered serially. Reference to equations is e.g – eq (3).
13 - Graphs and
tables are the responsibility of the authors. They are to be inset at the
approximate locations of citations (not at the end of the paper). They should be
given serial numbers (e,g. fig.3. tables (6) with title following number (below
the graph frame and above the table frame).
14 - SI (metric)
units should be used.
15 - Photographs
should be glossy prints.
16 - References
quoted in the text are to be number between square brackets [e.g.7]).
17 - References are
to be cited at the end of the paper under the references section by serial
number between square brackets according to their citation in the text.
